i keep a good amount in my head and i write stuff down sometimes

but I need to get down on a hard core day by hour scheduling to get through the next three months and next two years

I'll go super hard in the gym three times in a week, drinking nothing BUT water, all salmon and grilled chicken and salads. Then literally the next week is NO gym, all barbecue ribs, burgers, fried chicken, and pizza. And 90% of the time, it's barbecue ribs, burgers, fried chicken, and pizza.
