her breath control is ridiculous. The dude at the end is running out of breath and is hard to understand. She makes it look so easy. Every time I hear something from her I have never heard I am impressed.

but sha rock was on a whole other level.

i used to love FF+1 and still do.

one thing so dope about that era is that they used to rehearse routines. and the back and forth and the adlibs, etc.

FF + 1 are one of my favorite groups, ever

and sha rock was so cold.

that's the joint, rappin and rocking the house, i still know all they rhymes by heart.

the back and forth among early emcee crews was incredible, too.
