This is something that was brought to my attention and I'm still chewing on the concept but
The basic idea is that Drake is seen as a soft rapper because he does not take the beaten and traditional misogynistic path observed in major parts of contemporary hip hop
I don't know enough Drake discography to know or not know every instance where he has or has not referred to women as "ho" or "bitch" or references degrading acts.

I hate callin’ the women bitches, but the bitches love it. I took some sense and made a nickel of it.

I hate when cats say so-and-so male artist is less manly because said artist caters to the ladies with their sensitivity (or lack thereof as there are women who see sensitive men through the same lens men see sensitive men which is soft and in the case of women feeling as such it speaks to the idea of real men behaving as domineering and misogynistic/sexist as it is society's definition of heternormative gender roles for men).

This ^^^ is not why Drake is seen as a soft rapper...While I agree that the whole Drake Soft angle at times goes over board, the side-eye for Drake is a lot more complex than dude not saying the word bitch in ever other verse...The irony is he drops "hoes" and "bitches" as much as a lot of his peers....
GOAT of his era......long live Prince.....God is alive....
