"The Great Band Name Contest (nah for realz halp)"
Hey cats, kittens, and all other love mittens....
So I need to come up with a band name by Friday because we have a show on the 3rd and I have to start creating bandcamp's and shit.
We're an R&B group with trip hop aspirations and funky changes. The guys in my band are silly and thus far the names we do have are:
Trashy Girls
Big $$$ Dancers
Peeking/Peaking Prospects
Backseat Betties
I.hate.all.of.these except for the last one but Betty's my name & I don't wanna it to be synonymous with us *shrug*
Therefore, I've come to OKP. I'm still gonna be looking in the sidelines for something to inspire me title wise but yeah I guess the rules are:
~ You can put up as many suggestions as possible but I would prefer for it to be one at a time but I ain't tellin y'all how to post
~ If folks wanna vote, they can underneath the suggestion and I'll def consider the stronger replies.
That's it really. Grand prize if you live in NYC, you get free admission plus a free drink to our show on June 3rd.
If you don't live in NYC, I could send you a tshirt and an mp3 of our set list from that Wednesday. (This prize is negotiable if it doesn't seem satisfactory enough)
