It was pretty um, complicated, on the tongue. I don't really fuck with cognac but I couldn't turn that down.

I've had a few expensive tequilas and whiskeys, too, but nothing close to that price, more like $200-$300 for a fifth. The buzz from the whiskeys was awesome. Some of the tequilas were super clean, others had too much going on for me. I don't like "spicy" tequila, I like it smooth and subtle.

Overall I think the liquor industry is almost as bad as fashion when it comes to pricing/value. The best vodkas on the shelf cost about $15 a fifth yet obviously you can spend more. Tequila values are all over the place but I think you've got to spend at least $20 and probably more like $30+ there.

And you will know MY JACKET IS GOLD when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

Was in there to cop some liquor at non-strip prices. They had three bottles, one of 'em ran over $600. I asked 'em if they sell many and dude was like "only guys that buy it are young and usually with a woman or group of their boys".

I didn't even know the shit was still around like that.

my brother inlaws best friend tied the knot. His wife's dad is a multimillionaire and he spent like 250k on this wedding. The venue was awesome but other than that everything else was cool but not 250k cool. Anyway was drinking Johnnie Red the whole night. THat was what was on display so that's what I chose. Finally about an hour in the bartender was like I have a bottle of blue. I was like for free? He said yeah. I said break that shit open son. So he did and I went to work on that shit. It was good but not $200 a bottle good.

It was given to me for my birthday. It's $200 a fifth, but knowing the giver, I suspect he got it via "the hook-up."

It was good...very good and I savored that bottle for quite awhile. It wasn't so good, however, that I'd spend that much for myself.
