not people destroying other black or struggling ppl and calling it an "uprising"...that's what the system wants
You start leading a large group of people on how to stay peaceful, they'll snatch you up mid speech. You start BUILDING groceries and daycares and senior centers, they might have to assassinate you.
Seed exchanges are becoming illegal. SWAT teams if you grow your own food and shit.
Meanwhile everytime a neighborhood is in further shambles, the vice grip tightens. Every time they can get riots to break out, its an advertisement for more police militarism. More money for the jails. Etc.
Its not the police departments, prisons and oligarch banks that are being looted and destroyed. Why should they have any interest in seeing the self-destruction stop?
