On the way to the game, over by 2nd and H at an intersection, I noticed a Police Cruiser approach the light I was also stopped at (on foot) which seemed peculiar. The Officer driving, who looked like he's currently in the midst of a cycle of HGH, was wearing a tight uniform shirt with short sleeves--that were rolled up (it was 59 degrees). Oddly, he had his arm around his partner. The partner was a young tenderoni. I immediately noticed her, unprotected by a bulletproof vest, breasts which were very visible as the top few buttons on her uniform were unfastened and her seat was leaning. The prolonged light seemed to last several minutes, the entire time she never looked at me, but his hand quick and nervously moved from her shoulder to the seat when he saw me watching, then he attempted to stare me down. I remarked to my people about how out of the ordinary the situation seemed, I guess he read my lips. Right when I thought to take a quick photo for posterity, the light changed and he suddenly whipped the corner--drove up the block--and doubled back in the direction I was walking.
Because he was a Ginger and likely prone to roid rage, I crossed the intersection in the opposite direction from him and ran for my life. I snuck into that Walmart parking garage...I'm back in NYC this morning and still watching my back.
I Googled D.C. Metro Police misconduct, and can't find anything related. Maybe I'm paranoid*? But just in case something happens to me, I put this here.

Anyway,
D.C. where do I find on Youtube/IG that duo who walks around in character like Officer Otis and dude at Nipseys with the Mullet, I saw them over by there by the MCI Center cutting up? My Googling couldn't find them either.
