"OKFit: 5 day challenge"


  

          

i'm getting better, y'all. just not good at checking in here lol went 4x last week.

finally found a spin studio that has the perfect music + intensity combo. the spin classes at my regular gym felt like aquafit to me. mad boring/easy.

my greatest improvement has been my diet, though. more plants and lean meats. fewer carbs. still terribly high wine consumption, though. #babysteps

Week 1 of IF completed. Totally stuck to my meal plan. No late night snacking ftw.

Happening now, top 4 abs visible. I don't really do any direct core work. The men of my house have a pull up bar at home, I got some ab straps for it. Its just easier to do 10 reps each time I walk by it than carve out another 1-15 mins at the gym.

OP have some wine...just not the whole bottle. You gotta make the lifestyle work for you so the change is permanent.

re: wine. i know. i just did the math, and i could save bout 1200cals/week if i didn't drink so much wine

that's actually not as bad as i thought it would be. still, it adds up

Just sit in your deficit comfortably and you'll get there.

1200 cals a week is a lot on wine....um go half 5 oz 6 days a week of most reds is gonna come to 600.

Weighted squats with 50lbs
Bicep curls and press with 20lbs weights standing on one leg on the bosu

I really dont feel like being around people. Determined to have a positive day with positive interactions with other humans. I want to say I'm not watching/reading the news but I know thats a lie. Mentally tired today and training didnt help as much as I thought it would.

another 50 incline chest press, same weight.

ended with 4 sets of 10 on the chest press machine.

bra size went from a 38 to a 32. Lately my bras been acting funny. I may have gone up to a 34, hopefully gains. I put in a ton of work on my back. Gonna go get fitted again. If this continues I'm just wearing sports bras and calling it a day.

I woke up late today and didnt meal prep last night...recipe for a bad morning but it went well.

I nearly considered going after work but I shrigged it off and got my shit in gear and hit the gym. Evening gym ppl are the worst, more so now.
