"Anybody catch that Cowspiracy doc? (documentaries post)"
I watched this documentary and wondered if you present this kind of information about the dangers of certain industries does it make a difference to folks? I also caught that "Fed Up" and "Pump" on Netflix this past week and it seems like there are workable solutions for some of these big issues we face (Oil, Food, Water scarcities etc...)
Are folks up on this?

There's enough in the world to take care of everyone if those of us higher up the trickle down pyramid scheme are prepared to take a cut in our lifestyles.
Facts don't make a bit of difference to those who feel entitled. Print a seat number on a ticket stub and you'll still find someone trying to take your seat, get a driveway and someone will still park block it off instead of walking a little further, rent a parking spot and people will still act like an ass if you ask them to politely move instead of skipping straight to towing them. How easy is it then to consume in order to deny others quality of life, and find an easy way to justify it? That's the way of the world now.

I think that this selfishness is mostly from ignorance. Entitled people are operating mostly from a point of misunderstanding and close-mindedness. The documentaries I mentioned are correcting misperceptions on our everyday habits and pointing out certain flaws in conduct that many people perpetuate.
How can we move to that next level of understanding and start making these changes to help ourselves? I'd love to hear more thoughts on this.

I'll create separate posts folks can reply to in order to organize. I'm hoping people will take the time to watch the movies and we can open a dialogue here about what can be done.

7. "people who feel entitled will compriomise ethics for convenience" In response to Reply # 0
and an avoidance in shaking up routine. People don't always mean harm, but they don't see things outside of their own experience or place of want.
