back in the days. They had a video where they were at a carnival and this dude was walking around with a mask sound familiar? Latin sond beat with a kinda house drum pattern? Came out around 2000?

Or Red Alert, maybe?
Not so sure what the videos were like (I can't get YouTube from work to check either), but they were doing the latin-influenced carnival thing with house beats.
