joints so plush. Straight spaceship interior. Same for the new style Grand Caravan/Town and Country and the Toyota Sienna. Cats think minivan and picture the old 87 Caravan with wood paneling on the sides. this aint that.

Astrovan etc. And they drive good too.

Somewhere in the realm of the old school MPVs (probably the car I most wanted in the HS, so I could always roll deep lol) although the 2015 joints look trash

I'm a 90's kid, so I'm into art that represents the 80's/90's Black culture. I got some Friday, Do The Right Thing, and Fresh Prince pieces to go up.

But man, EVERY time I go to a legit hotel, I immediately want to re-do my entire room to give it a different feel. And I hate that my guest room is way bigger than my room, but it leads to the door outside, so I would rather keep my room where it is.

It was a $1000 bucks, went to two different stores and got it for $375 because one marked the wrong price, called the home office and got even more off... I went hard in the paint for that bed, shit is comfy too.

A batch of the blinds arrived yesterday. The rest should be coming soon. Then I gotta schedule installation.

Making a lot of "grown" purchases since we bought a home. Might be buying a new bed. Possibly a fridge.

Made a "fun" purchase on Saturday: a grill. Like, to cook food on. Not gold teeth.

Besides paying taxes and all that shit. It was just so time-consuming.

>vertical jawns for my patio door and french doors...

We're getting verticals for the downstairs windows, except the one in the kitchen. And the patio. We're getting the horizontal blinds for everything upstairs: decent faux wood for the bedroom, cheaper stuff for the bathroom, office, and record room. We may do the patio and kitchen later, because just doing all the other was more expensive than I liked (but not as expensive as I feared).

think I
>may have someone come out and do it all...cutting, install,
>cleanup. Just not something I fell like fucking with for
>real.

Yes. Do it. They're a pain in the ass to install, and if it's done wrong, it's a royal pain in the ass. Best to leave it to the professionals.

Probably the art on my walls, and all the kitchen appliances. I got more appliances than kitchen space, but the way I cook, I NEED that shit.

>that costs real money
>that is supposed to last mad years
>but hell, im grown
>it's time

That's how I felt that particular morning when I woke up and before tapping the lady on the booty; and saying, "I'm ready!"

Had been 30 years since I rode in my first one. My dad copped one in '83 and then got a bigger one in '84. Since then, that brand was the one I was gonna buy when I decided I wanted to be a grown man.

i had one when i lived in philly but it is still stuck in storage (and potentially ruined) so i bought a new model, the fancier "weightless" one. such a great investment. i sleep better, my body feels better, etc. i didnt have a shitty bed before but it was nothing to write home about.

right now i am not so much looking to make a grown person purchase (though i almost needed a new car recently, mine was stolen and returned), more a grown person investment. have a fat stack that's just stagnant in savings so i am sizing up what to do with my lil nest egg. where is m2 when i need him?

And you will know MY JACKET IS GOLD when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

Picked the fabric, the rods, and had a dude come out to measure and install them. Drapes cost more than the couch, I think.

friggin Ikea is basically a monopoly over here in Sweden so I had little choice on that one but the bed game and couch game weren't up for discussion because I'll hit that full grown 40 this weekend so..

The receipt was about half my 6'4 frame.

Don't even want to try to figure out how much money was dropped this past week.

The offspring :-D

shoes are waaaaaay easier and a lot more fun. Never had to pay a 'shoe note' (except that time I bought some Jorns on my credit card like a dummy)
