who's stopped in the middle of the freeway/ expressway /highway?
i almost hit someone who was straight stopped in the right lane of the of the highway that connects nebraska to iowa last week. There was another car stopped WITH them and it was rush hour so really ridiculous. they should have put it in neutral and pushed it off to the shoulder. but i wonder if i had hit them who's fault would it have been. They had the car stopped and they were OUT of the car on the outside facing traffic.
it's hard to see that someone is straight stopped from like a mile away, you have to get fairly close and that happens fairly quickly when you're going 60mph, a matter of seconds. i swerved at the last minute, but i didn't even have a chance to fully look over to see the lane i was swerving into so i could have killed myself or someone else pretty easily.
