Poor people are the true target of the police and the PIC. That's why they prefix "white trash" with the word poor and why the goal of white supremacy is to keep blacks in a state of poverty. You can't fight back without money.

My personal feeling is that among teenage groups cops profile teens that rock whatever is considered urban fashion and I think they associate that with blackness and thus poverty.
