"What do I include in a letter of character?"


  

          

one of my old employees got in touch with me last night. They are applying for a promotion and need a letter of character. I have no problem writing one but I have never written one. What should it include?

through all that bullshit I had 2 really good leads. They kept shit running while I was dealing with the constant bullshit.
