just don't forget to do either of those things cause they don't fine like they did back in the day.. these days they're quick to lay into you with a gouge of a rate...

I've got like two apps... words with friends, and the Chester County Library System.
I recently got nailed for a Tiny Titans book my 4 y.o. had gotten. A hardcover copy of a $2.99 monthly floppy *that we already have* but we were trying to get out of the library an he was throwing a spaz if we left without it. So of course he lost it and I wound up paying $24.95 for the replacement.
A week after I finally buckled and paid it - they wouldn't let me check anything else out - of course my daughter found it in her book shelf.
years ago one of my kids took out a goosebumps book.... then proceded to lose it.... several years after paying the replacement fee it turns up under a matress or wardrobe or smoething... I don't know where they come up with the replacement costs on some of these (like over $18 for a goosebumps paperback!?!) but what can you do?

Fact I'm posting on the library wifi right now as my dayghter's in a 10-wk art class. Cost for all ten weeks: $5!
And I just registered us for this Fridays comics etc club mtg. Will be tough to make on time though as we'll be at elementary school PTO ice cream social immediately prior.

i'm still working on reading all the darn books they have... lol..
libraries were kinda like the internet before there was an internet... an internet where you had to keep your voice down.. and all the moderators kinda remind you of Janey... lol
