"OKFitClub: 5 day challenge - ironing out the deets"
We fat and we back! Kidding. That's just me.
we want to bring the OKFC back to GD. May as well take the time to iron out the deets now...this is the planning post. didn't want to make CW all bout this.
for those who didn't pay attn last time 'round: we post the days of the week and, after each workout, you report back under the day you worked out. the goal was to work out 5x/week - so 5 check ins.
some questions i had:
1. what's the official "week"? Mon-Mon? I think we started it on a Friday - does that work?
2. do we like the 5 workouts in a week goal? Was that too ambitious? Not ambitious enough?
3. do we want to "check in" on IG again? Maybe use pics as 'proof' in the post? too much?
4. should we have weekly winners who get a shout out in the next post? base on the honour system but that would be a random and shitty thing to lie bout lol.

Maybe we can do this through My Fitness Pal? Can you start a group on there? And it can be based on how many lbs you're down. Person who has lost the most wins.

people work out differently with different goals.
IMO - if you do whatever you need to do 5x/week, you good.
that's just my opinion, though...

re: myfitnesspal - i don't use that app but can switch over. when you start a group, i wonder how much you can share with the person. do they see everything? weight, etc?

My personal goal was 5 a week but I do what I can.

The OGs already know what it is but I'm down to track progress via an app. Other posters have suggested Google Fit, MyFitnessPal. I think if we go that route, we'll need to find an app the runs across platforms.
