their kickstarter campaign page is a great model for other artists
and remember when they gave away all their music for free months back and all you had to do was submit your email address

and deserve it cause they obviously put in work to make this campaign successful

edit: and with "they" and mean their team or whomever they invested into to set up their campaign. very smart. i went to a design talk with the chick who set up neil young's and tlc's. i wouldn't be surprised if her company has their hands in this. there is definitely an art to it. a great investment for those wanting to launch a campaign.
