"are all of these various NCAA tournament games BYOB?"


  

          

are the venues allowed to serve booze during the games? if not can spectators who can prove they're over age 21 bring their own?

No alcohol at NCAA tourney games.

Which I guess is a good thing, because with multiple fanbases all possibly being largely represented all at the same games, I could see a lot of ugliness breaking out.
