"do yall think pj morton is better off since hes in maroon 5 now?"
i mean it all comes down, of course, to what makes him happy but i thought about this after watching that maroon 5 sugar video (love that song btw and adam levine looks so great in the video) and pj was like barely featured
i was a huge pj morton fan and still listen to some of his stuff from time to time but i remember a few years ago he was doing shows frequently here in atlanta, releasing his own stuff etc
im sure hes making more money with maroon 5 (at least i hope so) but i wonder how that feels from being ur own front man to being like allll the way in the back and part of a band with such a famous lead
i was listening to this interview with ed droste of grizzly bear and he was saying that he felt really uncomfortable being a solo artist, especially when performing and that he hit his stride really as a member of a band. i wonder if pj felt the same or does he regret joining maroon 5
thoughts?

I just saw them on 3/19. Maroon5 is at the TOP of their game. Its perfect for him. he also still does shows. He generally does smaller venues in the same cities they tour in.
