That's not terribly fast but it is a consistent hill. Traffic and lights play a role. And it's already five miles into a ride that I'm doing in work clothes with a back pack.

Wish I could run more but it's 28 right no and 30 yesterday.

A did the incline leg press, 2 sets of 15 at 630 pounds.

Doesn't seem like much, but it's my record - not yours.
