He is trying to warn everyone how dangerous the world is out there and how dangerous times call for extreme measures meanwhile the DC congress woman (i.e., Obama) is so busy trying to be civilized that she isn't preparing for the very serious danger that lurks out there carving W's in the livings head (Al Qaeda).
