why don't ou use the Freestyle board to communicate your ideas, works etc. That IS what it's there for. I see the OK Creatives discussions and I'm like.,wait we have a board for that... one I moderate lol.

in this day and age, poetry and lyrics are important forms of writing but there are others. I feel like that board could suport a Creatives conversation complete with resources, tools etc to help support each other's projects/careers etc. We can bounce ideas off of one another and really make it work.

real talk, i dont even think OKP needs multiple boards.
when im online, im trying to get from point a to point b with as few clicks as possible--going from one forum to discuss art, then having to click on another forum to discuss relationships is not something i'd prefer over discussing both topics in one forum.
but when I read my peper I don't want the business section, world news and sports all on the same page lol. I like going to specific places for specific things.
Either way its one click so I guess I don't see it that way. I always looked at OKP like a school-of-sorts Different boards were different classrooms where you could focus on one theme at a time.

...that'd be to its benefit.
Probably wouldn't increase traffic by a whole lot, but it'd increase traffic. Which'd kinda break up the little poetry community that I imagine currently exists, so there's that to consider.

GD has a legacy of good writers, as we can see from the careers that were partly cultivated here and the media people who stalk(ed) the board for ideas.
I don't know Freestyle's history...but I imagine that it's full of corniness.

This was a positive post that really just wanted to spark a conversation. No one put you or your work down? Why so negative? Freestyle has put together a LOT of inspiring work, poets, writers etc. Just because you didn't know that doesn't mean put it down.
