I want more details. Are they in a well funded program for at risk youth? Is this the inner city or the somewhere a little more middle class?
You would think a school with gang affiliated students would have them check that nonsense, but at the same time schools are definitely more weak these days. I can't call it.

yes, they are becoming more and more the norm.

both. obviously started in the more affluent areas, but through grants and other funding sources are being placed in damn near every school. i work in a pretty struggling school system and they are in place here. i don't think in every classroom, but they're here.
oh my bad, now that i re-read you were asking about this specific school. i answered about the electronic boards in general.

Depends on the school policy or county/city's board of education policy. The child may be put in long-term separation. Buy you are assuming too much based on a video.

classes like this are NOT the norm. Most just mire in mediocrity and are underfunded, then there are schools where shit is incredible
my friend in the bay pulls down 75k, the school has a 99% grad rate, 98% of kids go on to college, fridays are flex days where teachers and kids basically chill the fuck out and do as they please, all food from cafeteria is "healthy options", teachers volunteer to put in 2-3 hours of OT to be on the same page with each other, etc etc
teaching is hard for a lot of other fucking reasons, not because "the children are not alright"
