I've always wondered where class act fit within the rankings of Kid N Play movies. It obviously can't compare to the original house Party but how do you guys feel about it.

I vaguely remember watching it a lot more than HP2.

Nobody really talks about it.

Tried watching it a few weeks ago, and it did not age well. HP2 gets my vote because the supporting cast was better, but it is barely watchable.

The best thing that did post-House Party was that tv pilot, Bodyguards. Wish I still had that tape.

They did a pilot for ABC around the time House Party 3 came out. I think it was about former high school friends that started a security agency.

I remember taping it on VHS after finding it by accident the only time that it was apparently aired. I missed the first 10 minutes but I watched it constantly. I used to have a VCR tape full of Kid n' Play videos, performances etc. before it got lost.

This article is the only mention I can fins on the net after a quick search.

That and everybody manages to be in the same place, regardless of the chances that would ever happen. So Class Act works better by simply being set in a different universe.
