"Okfit: How'd you come out of Winter and what are you Spring plans?"
I went into Winter looking like this http://imgur.com/bYhV0Kx I was lifting everyday and had my biggest benches, but I didn't feel healthy at all. So in December I went running everyday (2 miles at 6-7 min pace) stopped lifting and dropped about 15 lbs. At the start of the New Year I bought a bike and started committing to work by bike. I'm about five lbs over where I want to be, but haven't been running and only so so on my diet.
I plan on taking a shot at a duathlon, running and biking and can't wait for this weather to warm a bit.

I have barely been hitting the gym but I manag to lose 10lbs from stress. That said, I'm at my prepregger weight but I'd like to lose another 5-10 and really built muscle, something I've never really been able to do. I wish I had someone to workout with.

Worked out about 6 times a week (circuit Mon & Fri, straight lifts Tues-Thurs, Cardio Sat), watched my diet- lots of chicken, fish, brown rice and spinach and water. While I've definitely become more toned and stronger, I'm still a little soft around my stomach. Will start a new, heavier, superset program in a couple weeks and change my supplementation beyond just protein, so hopefully that helps out.

I am in a lot better shape now than prior to winter (same weight but more muscle...currently 200 lbs and I'm 6'2"). But I have never been under 15% body fat.
It's for both looks and function...I like to play basketball but I have a bad knee, so getting lighter is the only way I have a chance to play. Even then, I'm not sure I can, but I have to try. I'd like 12%, or less if possible...we'll see how it goes. ______________________________ http://i.imgur.com/81XSukd.jpg
