"how good are you at following your intuition?"

intuition, gut feeling, ESP, whatever you want to call it.

do you follow yours or go against it?

right now, today, i can say that i tap into my senses and go with what i feel nearly 100% of the time.

which is the exact opposite of how i was just a year ago when i constantly talked myself out of what i knew to be true.

how bout you?

30 second convo with someone and I can tell if they ain't shit or not.

I see why young people find older people so cynical, the older you get the more you've seen it all before and you can see the bullshit a mile away.

you have to leave room for yourself to be wrong. you just have to.

it's not likely that you've been spot-on in every accusation of a lie, or even that you've caught ALL lies.

it's impossible.

I agree about the older part. I realize that my friends who are in their 60's and 70's often call me out on my shit and usually they are correct.

I don't need to tell them anything. They can see the end of the story.

I notice that my past fuck-ups have made me become more obedient to my intuition.

I just thought i could logic and mentally solve my way through a situation. But that often ended up in increased anxiety.

Intuition is key for growing older.
