"Do condiments expire???"


  

          

I got a baggie full of various condiments here at my desk...you know...ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard packets....
I don't know HOW long i've had them....at least a year....maybe more...
are they safe to eat?

they probably last longer but you don't know how long they been around before somebody gave it to you.

I've been tossing mine whenever I found them outside the fridge. Also, what about hot sauce? Sometimes I put it in the fridge, sometimes I don't.
