"You know, a lot of people are bad at their jobs"

Don't confuse people being bad at their job with the industry/system/field being worthless. There are bad teachers, doctors, social workers and you may have encountered them. Understand that your experience is anecdotal evidence.

Alot of jobs just require someone with a pulse who is not an idiot.

Especially with medicine. I spoke to 7 doctors and it took a student to solve my case. That is unacceptable.

Can't argue that, but still, 7 doctors!! That's like a platoon of medical professionals.

Imagine how many people out there are suffering from IBS when it could just be low stomach acid.

lol, i don't think i'm horrible at my job...

i think u have a few type of terrible at their jobs people...

a.) u have people who don't have necessary skills or knowledge

2.) u have people who are either too lazy, too stupid, or too irresponsible to do their jobs

iii.) other...people who are just unhappy, overworked, or in shitty environments where they simply don't feel capable of positive work experience

i feel like most people are at least 1 of those types to a certain extent...

my main issue has usually been the lazy part with a small dash of occasional skill deficiency but i happen to be in a workplace where it's lots of room for those type of shortcomings

i have a skill set...

i don't update my technical aspects of that skill-set...

if that makes any sense

more of a lack of ambition than any particular skill i guess

it would behoove you to slow it down and work together. Anger has no place in that relationship.

unless you simply can't understand the person named Bob from India. the problem is when you realize Bob has no idea wtf he's doing, so the accent allows for a negative connontation not necessarily related to skillset.
