"What would you do if you ran into your father-n-law at a Whorehouse?"
Wed Mar-04-15 07:34 PM by Buddy_Gilapagos

A couple of assumptions:

1. You don't like your father-n-law and he doesn't like you all that much.
2. Your wife adores her father and is constantly comparing you to him.

I guess I should make clear that this is completely a hypothetical. I've been thinking about it ever since seeing it on Mad Men.

I think it should be a question in a google interview or on a personality test because I think your answer says so much about what type of person you are.

if not, all bets are off.

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

for the hypothetical situation.

first, if i saw my FIL at a whorehouse, we'd probably sip some bourbon, smoke a cig and rap about it. my man likes to talk. i honestly don't see him being mad/pissed/whatever with me, cause he a cool ass dude and i feel like he'd just get it. nothin' i can say to him, he's a single dude, so he's free to do what he wants. i'm the one married to his daughter, and while he'd probably be a little disappointed at first, i don't know. maybe not.*

now the question for the scenario: is the FIL married also? and if so, is he married to your MIL? i think the answers to these questions would frame the perspective a bit.

*edit* as i reread this, i downplayed the potential for him to also be completely pissed at me. yes, there is also the possibility of that, and shit that could very well be his reaction. but i don't really think it'd be like that.

But even here - absolutely. Most of the women working in them are caught up in sex trafficking. Most are immigrants here without papers who are working to get their papers or to bring family over or to pay a debt or a host of other illegal/exploitive shit.

like this was my closest boy...I was with a girl i had been feeeling for a long time but she had a fiance and my boy had a girl but he was with a shorty he had been digging for a minute as well. Bc of that, neither of us had known the other was handling their business in that manner. When we passed each other in the hall, we was mad happy for each other, giving congratulatory daps and everything lol.

The girl i was with was pissed but we were done anyway so it was all good haha.

Throwing another man's name in the dirt will never get yours clean...why fuck up their relationship? It won't save yours.

If I remember correctly Pete Campbell spilled the beans out of spite but it didn't save his marriage any. It pulled them further apart and she didn't believe him.

It goes without saying. Neither party can rat out the other without incriminating himself. If anyone talks, then you have 'mutual assured destruction'. The problem solves itself very cleanly.

ya can't sell that story to anyone w/common sense.

unless you'd made an arrangement w/the brothel to set up video equipment in a specific location where FIL would commit his dirty deed such that you could video record it. you'd need someone from the brothel to confirm that arrangement. b/c no one will believe you'd planned to video record him w/o the brothel's agreement b/c brothel's are pretty big on protecting the identities of their clients and workers. a brothel that can't offer discretion won't last long. plus if you run around a brothel snapping pix w/o permission you're likely to get yourself fucked up by a burly bouncer if not arrested by police. ppl know this - they see it in movies and on tv.

no one will buy that.

fuck you.

and everyone knows that brothels don't allow pix to be taken.

they won't buy your story.

besides - you had enough to bust FIL when he went IN the brothel. you didn't need to get pix or video of what he was doing.

keep in mind, FIL is going to be contesting everything you say. and his story is going to make much more sense - he was in there to fuck and so were you. that's believable. your story isn't. he's likely to be found more credible.

fuck you.

'Tell my daughter how you know what I was doing last Saturday night.'

'Better idea, son in law, let's tell her that funny story about the time we ran into each other a whore house.'

it's a powder keg waiting to explode in the son in law's face.

i've actually been in a similar situation at a bathhouse. i was in there and was all worried about who'd see me while i was there. and then i did see some ppl i knew - casual friends who like to gossip, even. and i realized that they had nothing on me b/c they were in there too. anything they said i had a perfect comeback. in that moment i understood why i'd not heard any gossip about so-and-so being in the bathhouse. b/c how did the reporting person know unless they were in there too? so what shade could they throw?

same thing here. the father and son in law have nothing on each other. they might as well bond over it.

fuck you.
