My teeth are all fucked up from ortho work so I need to settle on a powder to add to smoothies.

I'm reading a lot of good things about rice protein...heard that it performs equally with whey (which I'm allergic to). I've tried beef protein in the past for a stint but I don't trust that shit anymore.

So is it rice, hemp, or pea protein for building muscle?

Chocolate was ok if you're in to that. Regular was just fine for me tho.
