Then you need to burn your social security card along with identifying information of your former name.
Have the name change reflected on your social security card as you move to a new location where no one knows you.
Take an inventory of your nonverbal communication patterns and change them shits.
Take an inventory of your personality and alter it. If you're an introvert get used to kissing babies, hugging puppies, and hollaing at single moms/dads.
You on that Jesus? Yeah, live a little and be free.
You're a reformed social sexually free individual? Join a monastery and forget your past.
Most importantly, make new friends that actually care about you enough to call you.
Start taking trips and growing as individual without a care in the world.

Just freshening up your room/apartment/house and gettin all the bullshit thrown out can make you feel renewed.
I would say take a day (or weekend) to treat yourself, indulge, don't do shit. That way you can sprint out the blocks and get shit done without feeling stressed out or overworked.
