I recognized I didn't see the whole video (not bothering with world star and dont' want to see it). it does seem like a set up. But without seeing how it started, who knows if she tried to be like "wait why y'all doing this" and then just got knocked out before she got a chance to really fight back? she said she was unconscious for most of it and the few scenes I saw she was just laying there dazed. if it was three ppl who jumped on me, i might try to do as much as I can to be able to get away...and if nothing else, hide in a room (lock the door) and try to get out a window or something. I would be screaming help but if you think someone might kill you, you might be more inclined to be more docile.

they beat that girl for 2 plus hours and took her phone. perhaps they were "fake" friends and all, but to use her sitting on a burger as a reason to beat her like that is ridiculous...and 2 hours is excessive. I do believe there is something more to this, and maybe Myriah doesn't know (i have personally seen women beat another girl down because the woman's man likes the other girl...chicks can be petty).

An Atlanta woman says she was attacked and badly beaten after an argument over a hamburger. Myriah Pointer, 23, said her so-called friends kicked and punched her while recording the attack. “I’m more hurt emotionally than physically,” Pointer said. “I was unconscious while they were beating me.” Pointer has two black eyes, a chipped tooth and a concussion after the women, who she thought were her friends, beat her and videotaped it. “By someone you called your best friend,” Pointer told Channel 2’s Tom Jones. “It was about a burger.” Pointer said she was hanging out with her friends at an apartment complex on Saturday when one of the women accused her of sitting on her Whopper Jr. “Like, the wrapper of the burger,” Pointer said. “Like, I didn’t even sit on her burger.” Pointer told Jones that that’s when the women started punching and kicking her and wouldn’t let her leave. Pointer said they told her, “You’re not going nowhere.” While the attack went on, Pointer told Jones the 3-year-old child of one of the attackers and an attacker’s boyfriend watched. She is now trying to get police to arrest them. “They need to serve time,” Pointer said. She told Jones that with friends like these, she doesn’t need enemies. “I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy,” she said. Police say they are aware of the video and are investigating.

where they don't know how to identify real friendship because they've never really had real friends.
All the guys in their life are trying to fuck them and all the women/girls in their life are jealous. I've especially known this to be the case when they either don't have siblings or aren't close to them.
Plus, people around them have assigned so much value to them based, solely, on their looks that they don't know how to see any value beyond that in themselves OR others.
I dunno man... being really attractive just seems to warp a person's perceptions alotta times from what I've seen.
So for yall saying "she gotta know they ain't her real friends", it's quite possible for a person to not know how to recognize a real friend.

saying she is not be upfront about what the fight is about. Did you see the video?
First of all, all those girls are on the same level. Not one of them is cuter than the next, they all dressed alike, same weaves. so this can't be a "really attractive girl doesn't know who her friends are..."
Second, based on what THEY say while beating her up, it leads most of us to believe that she knows this ain't just about a burger...Their entire conversation once the video starts has NOTHING to do with a burger, and instead of her getting up to leave once the situation starts escalating (they were threatening her and she just sat there playing on her phone, when she could have been texting or calling her mom), she is just there like...whatever.
she seemed a bit off...and it seems like they took advantage of the fact that she is not mentally 100%.
the whole situation is just odd...especially when they kept talking about her not knowing who she is pregnant by...she doesn't mention that at all in any interviews. was she pregnant? is the baby okay?
Not that youtube comments are where u always want to draw ur source of info, but some of the comments say she stole rent money from the girl in the jeans, which makes more sense than the hamburger story
shame either way...i dont see why it would take them so long to arrest these girls
