Doesn't matter if it's a black neighborhood or not-- you're still surrounded by tons of "that guy" and we know how black neighborhoods get done whenever folks are in the mood for killing.

There is no north side of St. Paul. Over North is the colloquial term for North side of Mpls.
And you've clearly never been here. The twin cities is not a place for gun totting racists. Rural MN is different. But that is not what the Twin Cities is about.
