"It was the fourth fatal police shooting in Pasco in the past six months. Officers were cleared of any wrongdoing in the previous shootings."
There is SOOOO much wrong with this. 1. They first fire a series of shots at him when he is running away. His back is turned to them
2. They fire these shots within a crowded intersection. It's a miracle a random bystander didn't get hit with a stray bullet.
3. He gets away from the initial barrage. Stops, turns around and is executed.
4. I'm pretty sure they knew for certain he was unarmed because his hands are flailing around while he's running. You can tell they're empty. And he was in a scuffle with them earlier. They knew the deal
5. You know people are going to come through talking about 'rocks can kill'.
If these cops don't get some years behind this smh

Like, I know that rocks can easily kill someone if they hit in the right place, but a dude using biblical-era weapons against armed & armored cops just doesn't seem like that much of a threat. Especially when you can see dude bending down to pick up a rock, his arm cocking back and then moving forward to throw said rock.
Anyway, I'm laughing because I know on forums across the web that someone will indeed try to justify this by typing out "rocks can kill."
Next episode: "Those water balloons could have been weapons of terror. That's why we had to shoot that 11yo in the back as he was running towards us."
Edit: In all seriousness, I just watched and that shit is fucked-up. Looked like an execution. And that intersection was crowded as hell. Had to be DOZENS of cars out there at least, and probably a lot of bystanders. They didn't even try to apprehend dude, either. It was like once the decision was made to kill, dude was gonna be killed.
