Since I left Chicago, I have grown a huge appreciation for 2 types of NY style pizza. The traditional NY, NY slice is great. Definitely different. But more so than that, Buffalo, NY style pizza is really good. They cut their slices in squares too, but the crust/dough is much thicker. Very good.
