they play him a lot on bbc 6 music, particularly cerys matthews' show. the DJs like to trot out the "prince underwater" description, and i'm like, enough, just let it stand on its own. i've heard a few of his songs i've liked, but they're not distinct from each other or truly exceptional enough for me to want to hear that much more.

it's one of the bbc radio stations, basically, yeah, the indie one. i know they have an iPlayer app but have no idea if it can be installed outside of the UK. i listen on demand through my browser at work to several shows regularly.
