That beat is grating enough that it’s hard to pay attention to Jay. I’m praying this is just a fan-made song with some obscure Jay vocal, because this is not good.

According to Flex, Jay-Z used the writers at his website, Life + Times, to interview him and get information about Flex's phone app. When Jay-Z released an app for his Magna Carta album Jay's app had similar features to Flex's app.
(I don't know why no hip-hop site/journalist has done a side by side comparison of the two apps)
Flex didn't bring this up publicly at the time (summer 2013).
A few weeks ago Life + Times writers hit Flex up again and asked him to contriubte to their story about the Dipset reunion. Specifically they asked Flex about his involvement with the reunion.
Everyone knows Jay has beef with Dipset so them running an article about the reunion makes no sense.
Flex lost it once he peeped what Jay was doing.
Again, this is all according to Flex but if he's right then that's some sneaky shit for Jay to do. He should be mad. Probably should've handled it differently though.
