When the friend came and bailed them out, the dude who is usually the voice of truth and reason intomes "you don't resist arrest!" indicating that Adam and the chick created the problem situation they were in.

Is that there statement of Police Brutality? What does that say about Eric Garner's death?

If there was really a statement to be made that relates to the police brutality issues in the city the more "truthful" thing that would have happened is that they would have gotten off scott free.
