rarely do I ever encounter anyone who works like I do...when I go in and focus it's a wrap...I've always been this way...I can get lazy and make lil dumb mistakes and cut corners that shouldn't be cut but I goes in...till my mind wanders...then I snap out of it and right back in
my boss is a cross between Ari from Entourage and Leonardo DiCaprio from Wolf of Wall Street minus the drugs...he's a salesman w/ADHD but can work wonders...dudes got a gift...I keep tellin him he needs to be a sports agent
I couldn't say I'm the best worker...at all 2 of my co's work smarter and produce better but they are the leads...so they know how to work the system...but they both are damn good
I would say myself and another chic are @ the same level production wise although everyone places me above her...I work 'harder' and more dependable but she got me in some aspects of knowledge...I can't call her lazy...she is like your normal worker...does enough to get credit but never above an beyond
the next dude is lazy as all hell...semi-smart, good ideas but horrible execution... a snake, a cutthroat...and somehow gets away with it
another 2 are clueless and I wonder daily why they are here
the rest are cpu nerds...they look at data all day so I cant say how hard they work

some do not understand the work that others do… so they think they are working harder than you if they walk past your desk and do not see you doing anything they understand but actually you are waiting on them... because they have 1000 meetings/lunches about one thing, finally get approval after weeks then release the idea to you and want you to turn things around in two days ugh like stop walking past my desk, sit down and send me the project already
