I just made garlic chicken fried rice with sweet peppers and ginger for the boy and I'm about to make some bread (maybe even cinnamon rolls) when he falls asleep.

I have some other plans for the coming days including pizza but I wanted to check in with y'all and see what you threw together.

the other day

but i decided to make some fresh guacamole because i have 3 ripe avocados and 2 were on the verge of being overripe

and i had some queso freir

so i ate chips and guac and queso frito and it was totally satisfying
