I think in the back of your mind everyone knows that that person is all that you've made them out to be. A part of you don't even want to know them like that less you destroy the fantasy. But as long as they are at the right distance and you don't get to know them like that it's harmless daydreaming.

i live the least glamorous life of anyone i know lol
i work at a thankless job and go home and binge watch episodes of chopped and download music

then yeah, there's the nights i dj but its not like im getting swooped up in a black car wearing some designer duds.

there was a gentleman who wanted to make a go of it with me. he lives in another state so i declined and he cited how he knows me and i had to let him know he knows stuff about me, but he has no idea how or who i am.

And most have completely different ideals of what I am outside of music. It also depends on if they know me for the Twitter persona, or just from seeing me at clubs.

I can play the most hype music in the world, yet I'm never the DJ that's dancing harder than the crowd...and I don't talk too much on the mic. So a lot of them actually think I'm a quiet type who's extremely focused, vs the more "turn up" life of the party types.

They assume that I love everyone. Some of them feel they can mold me into the perfect husband. Meanwhile, I'm abhor that perspective. I don't even know this young lass and she wants marriage. Part of me feels like a bartender watching a freshman take their first sip of a drink.
