also Tracy Lee just came out with a new album a month or so ago called ESQ: the revelation i don't know if its good or not tho haven't heard it. he became an entertainment lawyer after his rap career tapered off. hence the name of his album being ESQ. this isn't from the album but this is the most recent shit i've seen from him:

maybe that's what really did him in. he tried to capitalize on the whole alter ego thing but he took it too far and created like 4 of them shits and they were on the whole damn album lol
16. "I actually have his second album that was supposed to come out " In response to Reply # 8
It was set to come out on Universal but they dropped him. Philly DJs didn't see him as a Philly artist and that had to hurt.
>video had all the necessary ingredients: > >crew posturing >football jerseys >everone jostling in frunna the camera >champagne >birds eye view camera angle > >but he came off as a 'cool dude' during > >1) hard rock era/he didnt look like a REAL nigga or a grimy >nigga >2) Philly mighta still been NY Jr. I dont know if heads were >really checking > >i think it was a combination of factors. he was cool, but I >put him the same box as LOTUG, Ill/Al Skratch niggas: NAH

Drayz actually was my favorite back then. but this is cool. I read a couple interviews from Drayz and I got the impression that Skoob wasnt really tryna rap no more...maybe just not WITH HIM. lol

The terrible R and B singer on the hook. Also it was pretty cheesy when then started doing the "steering wheel" dance in the video, pretty stereotypical. Besides that it wasnt too bad...
he tracked me down via a mix on my blog which had one of his songs on it ("Late Night Tip"), msg'd me directly bout him comin out with some new shit. sounds good too.
