And just because this isn't an "original sin" doesn't mean it's not an indication of how perilous the times we live in are.

At some point in the future he will claim it was a 2nd/3rd cousin, or that his statement was taken out of context. I think he just wanted the press.

I'm close to a lot of my 2nd and 3rd cousins, and even met some 4th and 5th ones at reunions. So I almost guarantee it's at leaaaast a 4th away...but either way, it probably was one he didn't meet tip he was an adult. And that's no damn excuse.
