"Poll question: OKP Nerds: Which is more egregious?"


  

          

So over New Year's break, I was on a family outing with my cousin, her husband, and their kids.

The girls are 13 and 11, and are both really into futuristic/sci-fi books and movies.

I ask them about Star Wars, and am surprised to hear that neither of them has seen any of the films.

We start talking about the series, and I mention "machete order" which cuts Episode 1 out of the picture, because it's useless and terrible.

At this point, their dad chimes in "C'mon, Episode 1 is great! The pod racing, the double light sabre, you didn't like Episode 1?!?!?"

Which is worse - the fact that he hasn't shown them any of the star wars movies yet, or the fact that he loves episode 1?
