Like, you go there to see a taping and before the taping they give you a bunch of questions to answer and then they compile the responses for a later taping.

U have to stay for two eps and then if ur ppl aren't on either of those eps u wait longer. I saw 4 eps and was there about 4 hrs. They didn't survey us

I'm asked nightly "Who the fuck are these '100 people surveyed!?'" I've tried to find out but haven't found a definitive answer, but the closest lead I read was they survey people in the malls in Cali. Dunno how accurate that is though. But if you look at any winter/snow type question, you can definitely see a California bias.
