Things are said, and you move on. Anger is irrational and brings our the worst in people. I have not met a single person that has been taught how to deal with anger properly.

I'd rather not...but if I am in my feelings, its either I shut down until I can talk mellow about it or I cuss and get it out and then we talk. She will cuss from jump and then if I return it, I am being over the top.
Would never call my partner a B...or string together profanity to call her something. The worse it has gotten is "What the fuck is wrong with you? or You on some bullshit!"
Anything beyond that in the context of us going back and forth would be over the top and violent towards her.
