"What are you doing to prepare for 2015? "

I normally fill out this annual planner created by Jullien Gordon:

This year I didn't do the planner all the way through, but I had a pretty good idea of how I wanted my year to shake down....and it didn't all come out as planned. So I am going back to the planner again this year, but in addition, I am adding a little weekly scorecard, courtesy of Miguel Atwood-Ferguson (http://miguelatwoodferguson.com/-Suite for Ma' Dukes composer). He does a weekly score card, kind of a distilled GTD chart that he checks off as he goes through his day. Its simple and I like the idea of looking at that instead of a bulky planner every day: https://fbcdn-sphotos-e-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xaf1/v/t1.0-9/1465177_828629373826114_988046119682422029_n.png?oh=fcf87f90968c15a6432b81a0b3e945b0&oe=55414276&__gda__=1427312721_8119851b166cdbd4b83c07ccef240676

I have personal (finally putting out the next book) and family goals (paying down them bills bills bills), and I have community goals as well. One of my community goals this year is to set up and participate in a Susu (rotating savings circle). Its not so much about getting paid as it is about building trust with a group of people in order to move on to bigger things. I am in the midst of setting up a meeting for that so it can start in January.

What are you planning and how are you going about planning it?
