I stared at the trees around me and thought about how I have a subconscious aversion to the woods and the woods have done nothing to me. I thought about the times a tree was used as a weapon against my people without its consent (fungus) and I jumped off a park bench and climbed up to literally hug a branch about 10 feet up.
The bark bit into my skin while I was hangin there and a little piece shook free and flew away past my face. And I wondered how much more of it was really bugs pretending to be tree. And how much life essence of ours passes on when the trees feed on us. (fungus)

I thought the same thing. But the way greens free up your mind for thought, the psilos make your emotions paper thin. Cryin over songs, overwhelmed with affection, long form silent cartoons about the world around you, applying emotion to inanimate objects, it's all very Disney.

I would highly recommend listening to Terence McKenna to gather more insight into what you can accomplish with mushrooms.
It's important to consider that mushrooms are in most likely hood completely psycho psematic. That really does not take away from the power of the trip.

We are all time capsules for the very creation of this universe. Many philosopher mystics taught that the history of the universe/being is locked within us. Mushrooms help us shed ourselves of the psychological/ego filters we have been conditioned to take on in our daily living, and this is precisely why you felt so open to love and sharing it. For those moments you free'd yourself from the ego. Challenge yourself to hold on to this for as long as possible, and remember not to abuse mushrooms or to make it too habitual as it can have negative effects on the psyche.
I laugh so much on them, but sometimes I feel things so viscerally it hurts. I will laugh til I cry and cry til I laugh. my favorite psychedelic easily except for the initial nausea :/
