The concept of her trying to go meta or have jokes outside of her stand-up routine was interesting, but it just wasn't funny to me from the very brief stuff that I saw. I wonder on long it took for her to complete that special, given that she had to do jokes on top of her stand-up material.

i mean, i LOVE chappelle.
however, when i saw him last, chappelle was here for 3 days and one of those days was the same day as burr. i went to burr and all my friends went to chappelle and i told them: i feel bad for y'all cuz as funny as chappelle might have been, there's no way he was touching what i just saw.
that's not to say i'd put burr above chappelle ALL-TIME...but the last few years? nah son. burr is the best.

people email him questions and for advice, and talks about sports and whatever else is going on. sometimes his wife will join in...which is hit or miss
