These are a few seedy spots in south jersey just because it's not "big city" philly doesn't make it any less hood. South jersey is Fula small downtrodden working class poor areas

Keep in mind there really aren't any jobs in south jersey. So
It's not all that pleasant I'm not saying its Beirut but
It's not as safe as you're trying to paint it.

AC is on the lower end of its spectrum. But South jersey is also full of middle-class and affluent towns. "None of Jersey is pleasant" is a weird thing to say about an area with so many family-friendly communities and decent schools. I left South Jersey because it was boring, not because it was unsafe.

I wouldn't mind living in any of them especially Willingboro.
